National issues do not have the usual appeal at the moment. It is hard to describe how little I care about presidential handicapping at this point. It’s going to be Guiliani / Rice v. Gore / Obama. Move along, please.That's not a bad guess.

I think Lileks is wrong on both sides of the equation. A Guliani/Romney combo is more likely. Sadly the left half of the family was a-twitter over Gore. He will never get out of the primaries though.
